ACCES & REGISTRATION
Name badge
A name badge grants you access to the congress, and must be carried the whole congress. You can pick up your name badge at the registration desk.
Important! Pickup is organized by ID number, which can be found in your confirmation letter and practical information email which will be send near the conference date. Keep your ID number on hand to ensure smooth pick up.
To avoid long queues, it is advised to pick up your badge and documents on Wedsnesday May 7th from 12:30 CET.
The congress opening is planned between 17:00 and 18:00 PM on Wedsnesday May 7th.
It is allowed to leave the facility after badge pick-up, and come back for the opening at 17:00 CET. You can re-enter the facility by showing your name badge.
Scanning QR-codes
Each congress day, you will be checked-in and checked-out by scanning the QR-code on your badge. The times will be communicated in the practical information letter that participants will receive at least 2 weeks before the conference. No entry possible without a valid name badge.
To receive accreditation points, it is essential to bring your badge to the congress in order to be scanned to record your attendance.
Registration desk
The registrations desk will be located in the foyer, ground floor.

- Wednesday, May 7th: 12:30 CET – 18:00 CET
- Thursday, May 8th: 07:30 CET – 18:00 CET
- Friday, May 9th: 07:00 CET – 18:00 CET
- Saturday, May 10th: 08:00 CET – 13:00 CET

LUNCH
Lunch is included in the congress on Thursday, May 8th, Friday, May 9th and Saturday, May 10th.
Note, on Wednesday, May 7th, Lunch is not included within the programme.
