The NetherlandsClose to the Westerpark, next to the Spaarndammerbuurt, Theater Amsterdam is situated in the newly developed Houthavens. It is perfectly reachable by bike, car and bus. Next to this, enough parking amenities are available.
By public transport
Amsterdam Central Station: Bus 48 directed to Houthavens, terminates at Koivistokade. This stop is located next to Minerva Parking, on the corner Koivistokade/Danzigerbocht. From there it is only a two minute walk to the main entrance of Theater Amsterdam. The travel time from Amsterdam CS to Theater Amsterdam is approximately 15 minutes. The bus terminal can be found on the water side (IJzijde) of Amsterdam CS on top of the escalators.Amsterdam Sloterdijk: Bus 22 directed to Muiderpoort stops just outside the Houthavens, stop is called Spaarndammerstraat. The traveling time from station Sloterdijk takes about 10 minutes. From the bus stop to Theater Amsterdam it is about a 10 minute walk. Cross the road, turn to the left and walk straight ahead on Spaarndammerdijk. After 150 meters, turn right on the Houthavenweg and walk until you see a T split on the end of the street, on this T split you turn right to the Haparandaweg. After 300 meters you turn left to the Danzigerbocht and then you see Theater Amsterdam in front of you.
By car
From Den Haag / Schiphol & Den Haag: From the A4/A2 transfer to the A10 direction Zaanstad. Change to the S102 towards Westpoort/Centrum via exit 2-Amsterdam Sloterdijk. Turn right at the traffic lights and drive straight ahead on the Transformatorweg, that will become the Spaarndammerdijk after the fly-over. After the fly-over transfer into the left lane and turn left with the traffic lights into the Archangelweg. Drive straight ahead and follow the road to the Koivistokade. After the bus stop you will see the Minerva Parking on your hand side.From Zaandam: From the A8 take the ring road A10 towards Rotterdam / Schiphol and leave the ring road on exit S102 towards Westpoort / Centrum. Turn left at the traffic lights and drive straight ahead on the Transformatorweg, that will become the Spaarndammerdijk after the fly-over. After the fly-over transfer into the left lane and turn left with the traffic lights into the Archangelweg. Drive straight ahead and follow the road to the Koivistokade. After the bus stop you will see the Minerva Parking on your right hand side.
From Centrum: From Amsterdam CS follow the S100 via the De Ruiterkade to Amsterdam West. After the bridge at the Pontsteigerbuilding you go into the tunnel. After the tunnel take the exit to the right upon the Archangelweg. After this, go straight ahead and turn right to the Koivistokade. After the bus stop you will see the Minerva Parking on your right hand side.
The Houthavens are an area in development, it is possible there are road blocks because of reconstructions of maintenance. Always check the route before you leave. Are you travelling by car? Use Minerva Parking (Koivistokade 36) as destination adress.
Parking
Parking garage Minerva Parking Minerva Parking is located next to Theater Amsterdam. The address of the parking is: Koivistokade 36, 1013 BB, Amsterdam. This is a public parking garage with 600 parking spaces.
The costs for parking in this garage are €2,50 per half hour or €30,- for a day on Monday until Saturday. On Sundays the costs are € 3,- per hour or € 20,- for a day.
When organizing an event at Theater Amsterdam, there is the possibility to reserve 300 parking spaces for your guests. Your guests can pay in the garage by card. It is also possible to pay parking for your guests, in this case we hire a scanner and the parking tickets will be charged after the event based on the number of cars and the parked hours that are noted per license plate.Parking in the neighbourhood Parking along the street is paid parking from 09.00 until 24.00. The cost for this is €6,00 per hour. On Sunday parking in the neighbourhood is free.

Submitting presentation
The organization kindly requests that you upload your presentation to the specified file link by Tuesday, May 6, at 17:00 PM CET. This timely submission will enable the organization to verify that all presentations are included before the start of the congress.Should you encounter any difficulties in meeting this deadline, please do not hesitate to notify the organization. Each speaker is permitted to (re)upload their presentation with the most recent version up to 30 minutes prior to their session using the provided link. Furthermore, speakers may seek assistance at the Speakers’ Slide Center on-site, where detailed instructions will be available at the speakers’ registration desk if any questions are still open.

In compliance with the EACCME (European accreditation) requirements, all speakers are requested to include a disclosure slide at the beginning of their presentation. In this slide, you can mention whether you have a potential conflict of interest to report and explain how it has been resolved. Please click here for an example of a disclosure slide.
A conflict of interest is any situation in which a speaker or immediate family members have interests, and those may cause a conflict with the current presentation. Conflicts of interest do not preclude the delivery of the talk, but should be explicitly declared. These may include financial interests (eg. owning stocks of a related company, having received honoraria, consultancy fees), research interests (research support by grants or otherwise), organizational interests and gifts. If you have nothing to disclose, please state “I have no commercial disclosure” instead of the table.

Registration desk/ Speaker slide room
Upon arriving at the location, you can pick up your badge at the registration desk. Our staff will direct you to the speaker slide center, where you can check your presentation one last time. At least 1 hour before your session starts. Be 15 minutes before your session in the right room.Our technicians will ensure that your presentation is connected to the appropriate room and will provide clear instructions on how to start it during your session time.
The registration desk will be located in the foyer, ground floor.

Scanning QR-codes
Each congress day, you will be checked-in and checked-out by scanning the QR-code on your badge. The times will be communicated in the practical information letter that participants will receive at least 2 weeks before the conference. To receive accreditation points, it is essential to bring your badge to the congress in order to be scanned to record your attendance. -
For the latest program click here. We kindly ask you to arrive at the assigned meeting room 15 minutes before the start of the session to meet your chair(s). You and all other speakers of that session should take place in the front row seats to allow smooth transition from one talk to another.

Theater Amsterdam has a standard Wifi network that can be used. The network is called ‘Theater Amsterdam’ and the password of this is Events2025!.

Please be around 15 minutes before your session starts and make sure to visit the speaker slide centre 30 minutes in advance to pre-upload your presentation. Our crew will make sure to set your presentation to the correct room.
