Loading/unloading
Loading/unloading is possible from the expedition street, which is located directly behind the large Maritim hall. More information on accessibility for the venue can be found here.

Parking
After loading and unloading, your car may be parked in the (private) parking garage under the Maritim Hotel Amsterdam. This paid parking garage is at your own expense.

ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY

  • Assembling:
    Wednesday 7 May from 06:30 to 17:00 at the latest, in connection with the opening reception.
  • Dismantling:
    Instructions will follow

PRE-DELIVERY OF GOODS
Pallets and packages may be sent 48 hours in advance, we store them for free. Everything must be paid in advance, we do not pay any costs for receiving.

STAND FACILITIES
We provide a power point (220V) at each stand, all other aspects are on request and sometimes with an additional charge (think of TV screen, extra (power) current, (high) tables and chairs/stools).

For the sponsors, lunch will be ready half an hour earlier than the scheduled break. In addition to lunch, there are coffee/tea points that you can use free of charge all day long.

About a week before the congress you will find the floor plan of the exhibition here.

REGISTRATION & NAME BADGES
A name badge grants you access to the congress, and must be carried the whole congress. You can pick up your name badge at the registration desk. Pickup is organized by the name of your firm. No entry possible without a valid name badge.

The registrations desk will be located in the foyer, ground floor.
