First of all, many thanks for your commitment to chair a session during IGCC 2025.

Your contribution as chair is important to ensure a smooth session with lively discussions. Part of your task will include:

• Introducing the speakers
• Coordinating the Q&A after each lecture
• Ensuring the session stays on track

We kindly ask you to arrive at the assigned meeting room at least 15 minutes before the start of the session to meet your co-chair and the speakers. Speakers should take place in the front row seats to allow a smooth transition from one talk to another.

Speakers will have uploaded their presentation in advance via the technical support. All sessions will be supported by AV technicians, located at the back of the meeting room.

You will receive more practical information no later than one week before the start of IGCC 2025.
